These terms apply to everyone who uses the website, and in particular to those who create an account. By creating an account you confirm that you have read and agree to them.
1. Who we are
The website mgtstudios.net is operated by MGT Studios. You can write to us at contact@mgtstudios.net or through the Contact page. All identification details are on the Legal information page.
Web development services (websites, online stores, applications) are provided based on an accepted quote or a separate contract; these terms govern the use of the website and accounts.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
- The details you provide must be accurate, and the email address must belong to you.
- You are responsible for keeping your password safe. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication in your account settings.
- Usernames may not impersonate other people, the site team or brands you do not represent.
- You can delete your account at any time from Account settings → Email, password and data.
3. User-generated content
As the website grows, you will be able to publish discussions, comments, files (for example game mods), images or videos.
- You remain the owner of your content. By publishing it, you grant us a non-exclusive, free right to display it on the website for as long as you do not delete it.
- Only publish content you have the right to distribute. For mods and other files derived from games, respect the licence of the game and of the original authors and credit your sources.
- Illegal content, hate speech, harassment, other people's personal data without their consent, spam, unsolicited advertising, malware and files that bypass copy protection or anti-cheat systems are not allowed.
- We may hide or delete content that breaks these rules and suspend accounts that repeatedly break them.
4. Reporting content
If you see illegal content or content that infringes your rights (including copyright), write to us through the Contact page, with the exact address of the content and the reason. We review every report and reply to you.
5. Downloaded files
Files published by users are provided “as is”. Even though we check them, we cannot guarantee they work correctly with every version of a game. Make a backup before installing a mod.
6. Website availability
We aim to keep the website running at all times, but there may be interruptions for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control. We are not liable for losses caused by temporary unavailability.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Important changes will be announced on the website or by email before they take effect.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any disputes are settled amicably or, if that is not possible, by the competent courts of Romania.
